A  JB Eventos Esportivos, seeks through event organizers to provide another option for selling tickets with quality and confidence.  The purchase process will be carried out within JB Eventos website and the entire delivery and collection process is generated by JB Eventos Esportes.

JB Eventos Esportivos is concerned with the safety of its customers. Your personal address, payment and order content data will not be disclosed under any circumstances. The Security Policy does not allow them to be used for other purposes that are not directly linked to the processing of orders made. To make your purchase a secure experience, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts and protects all data sent via the Internet. In other words, all information that passes through our system, from entering your personal password to your credit card data, is encrypted, thus preventing third parties from reading it. Delivery time varies according to the payment method selected at the time of purchase, the ticket being sent to the customer's email instantly after payment confirmation. 
In case of delay in delivery, JB Eventos Esportivos undertakes to pay a fine of 2% of the value of your purchase.

For your convenience, JB Eventos Esportivos accepts Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express, Boleto Bancário and PIX credit cards. Please be advised that the value of your purchase cannot be split between two credit cards.


Credit card

We accept cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express Amex for cash payments.  Upon completion of your order, we will contact your administrator to obtain authorization. Your request will then be analyzed by JB Eventos Esportivos. Purchasing with a credit card is a very simple operation. When making your purchase, fill in the fields on the registration form and provide your credit card number, then choose to pay in installments. The system will refuse any information that does not correspond to a valid credit card number, causing problems with your order and the consequent delay in the delivery of your products. Remember that your credit card has a purchase limit established by the administrator. In order for the order to be approved, the limit available on the card must be equal to or greater than the total amount of the purchase and not of each installment. Therefore, some requests may be refused for exceeding this limit, and JB Eventos Esportivos is not responsible for disapproval.


Difficulty in collecting the card

When it is not possible to complete the payment on your credit card, you will be informed by the registration email. If this occurs, check with the card administrator for the reason for the impediment. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service at  e-mail


Exchanges and Returns

Upon receiving your ticket, we ask you to verify that all data is correct, such as Event Name, Date, Category. If at the time of delivery of the ticket you find any irregularity, refuse it. In case of receipt, please contact our customer service at the e-mail


Returns for regret or withdrawal

In accordance with the rules of the CDC (Consumer Defense Code), the return period for purchases in virtual stores is 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order by the consumer, to withdraw from the purchase made at JB Eventos Esportivos without having to decline any reason to do so. If the withdrawal period expires on a non-business day, it will be automatically extended to the next business day. 
To communicate the withdrawal, simply contact the email address, with the order number, customer's full name, reason for withdrawal and ticket purchased.
For payment by credit card, JB Eventos Esportivos will request a reversal of the debit entry from the credit card company, within up to 10 (ten) business days from the receipt of the return request. If payment has already been made by the consumer, the refund of the amount paid will occur in up to 2 (two) invoices subsequent to the invoice referring to the purchase of the ticket. It is important to emphasize that the responsibility for the refund after the chargeback request is the sole responsibility of the card administrator.


Divergent Purchase Data

When the ticket received has characteristics that differ from the request made on our website, such as, for example, Event Name, Category, Event Date or Event Location, the exchange request must be communicated to our Service Center within 7 (seven ) calendar days from the date of receipt. Making the switch is simple. Just talk to our customer service at the email, informing the order number, customer's full name, ticket purchased and ticket received.  As soon as we receive the order, we will make the exchange and send the ticket with the proper characteristics of the order made. From the date of dispatch, the deadline follows the mechanics of the original delivery.



If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at, having your order number ready. The cancellation request must be communicated to our Service Center within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the ticket. For payment by credit card, the card administrator will be asked to refund the sale and forward the cancellation protocol through the e-mail registered on our website. The cancellation process is only valid for tickets that have not yet been delivered. In case of return or regret, see our conditions in the "Exchange and Returns Policy."
